Eating right is not a diet its a life style...
- Have 2 boil eggs in breakfast 2 times a week.
- Use oat meal cereal as a breakfast 2 times a week.
- Have lots of salad in lunch or with any meal.
- Use black chick-peas (kalay chanay) at lunch time or at tea time.
- Increase your protein intake- such as steaks etc.
- Have cabbage soup thrice a week- will do wonders.
- For false hunger have hand full of almonds
- Drink atleast 15 glasses of water daily.
- Have 1 cheat-meal once a week with portion control.(Eat what you want to eat)
- Have 4 cups or green tea in a week.
- Make Friendship with fruits and vegetables.
- Drink fresh fruit juices not tetra pack.
- Drink 2 glasses of milk a day.
- Avoid eating anything at least 2 hours before going to bed
- Avoid Sugar and salt (switch to brown sugar and pink salt).
- Avoid using too much soda drinks (take occasionally- diet).
- Avoid cheese and deep fried foods.
- Go organic.
